Tastes different won’t return Email

I bought a 1lb bag of the jasmine we had sampled. The sample was great but the 1lb bag is overly fragrant almost undrinkable. I emailed twice to try and resolve the issue but no response so I’m leaving it here for review. I will say we have ordered lots of tea and all have been great, this is the first issue but I cannot get a response.

This is my favorite tea ever. The brewing instructions really helped me understand why I may have been making tea wrong in the past. I have a kettle with a temperature gauge, and that helps with getting the water to 170 for the perfect temperature. I steep it only about a minute or less for the right floral flavor with no bitterness. Perfect for making cold-brewed iced tea as well!

My absolute favorite Ice tea. The jasmine smells amazing. I put a little raspberry flavor in it to sweeten in a wine glass and no need for alcoholic cocktail bc this tastes so good!

I prefer jasmine tea as my daily tea to unwind in the evenings. I have tried many from the mass market blends found in grocery stores to numerous varieties of specialty jasmine both stateside and overseas. When I visited family in Waco last year I grabbed a bag of Kai Jasmine Green and was surprised to find the most crisp and satisfying blend. This is now my go-to brew. The aroma is pleasant and the flavor is robust without being overpowering. I have a tendency to oversteep but even so the cup is incomparable. Always note, a cup of tea is only as good as the water in which it is brewed. Kai Jasmine Green is the jasmine green.

Best green tea I’ve ever found. I can actually make iced tea with it and sweeten it with stevia. The aroma of jasmine makes it so good I can replace even alcoholic drinks for the pleasure of this drink!
