The Road Runner blend is a 50/50 blend of a "Single Origin" Washed process high grown Andean Ecuador coffee, roasted to a medium roast, paired with an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe  coffee roasted to a medium dark Roast. Medium bodied, with Dark Chocolate and Walnut, flavor notes. This blend is excellent as a drip coffee. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is sourced direct from the CoOp by our friends at Walker Trading and the Andean is from sourced from Ramiro Pauta in the southern Andes of Ecuador, shipped to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging. Originally this was one of our limited editions, but we liked it so much that we made it a part of our permanent collection!
