The Condor Roast is a "Single Origin", medium/dark roasted coffee similar to a "City Roast". Smooth bodied, with a hint of fruit, cinnamon, and nut flavor notes.  Even with a darker roast  the low acidity makes this a nice smooth coffee to enjoy at any time. The coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.  Enjoy a true "Farm to Cup" experience with a direct trade relationship with your coffee farmer!
