The Decaf is our "Single Origin" Mountian water processed Mexican Chiapas decaffeinated coffee roasted to a medium/medium dark roast. Smooth bodied, with and great flavor. The coffee is certified organic and is sourced direct from the CoOp by our friends at Walker Trading. Hand roasted at our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging. Enjoy a nice organic "High grown" decaf hand selected by your Roaster.
