A 50/50 blend of our Decaf  "Single Origin" Mountian water processed Mexican Chiapas decaffeinated coffee, blended with our signature Hacienda roast single origin Ecuadorian Arabica. Both roasted to a medium/medium dark roast. Smooth bodied, with and great flavor with Half the caffeine! Hand roasted at our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.  Enjoy a nice organic "High grown" decaf hand selected by your Roaster.

    Best Coffee Ever!

    I've recently gotten into grinding my own beans and using a pour over. This has me having little coffee adventures where I buy a bag of beans from a boutique or smaller roaster and try it out. This blend is bold yet smooth, flavorful and all around makes an amazing cup of coffee. The half-caff allows me to enjoy anytime. I blew through the whole bag pretty quickly, and I am back for more! Highly recommended!
