The Morning Brew is a 50/50 blend of our "Single Origin" Natural processed Ecuadorian, medium roast, paired with an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee roasted to a medium dark Roast. Smooth bodied, with Cherry and Chocolate, flavor notes. This blend is excellent as an espresso drink (breve, cortado, latte etc.) but also very good as a drip coffee. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is sourced direct from the CoOp by our friends at Walker Trading and the Ecuadorian coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
