    I was surprised that this was loose leaf tea not tea bags which I prefer. The taste was very mild but pleasant.

    I absolutely love the smooth flavor of the cream earl grey tea, and the pumpkin spice tea! I can't wait to try more. Definitely some of the most delicious loose leaf tea I've had, and I'm excited to use this as a go to gift item for friends and family.

    I tasted and love the Texas Pecan black tea as well as the Pumpkin Spice black tea! The samples are ample and so good! I plan to order again!

    Generous sample sizes and fast shipping! While both teas were yummy (hot and iced - we tried them both ways) neither one had strong flavoring - both mostly tasted like black tea, which is fine, since we enjoy plain black tea, but I guess I was expecting more ... especially from the chocolate hazelnut. Appreciated being able to sample them though. I definitely plan to try their other flavors and varieties. Thinking I might place an order for a green variety.

    I received Pumpkin Spice and Hibiscus Berry (which I did not taste yet)!! My morning cup was full of delicious Pumpkin Spice Tea. It was very bold with flavor and tasted great! We will be ordering more and others.

    The Coconut and Earl Grey samples were outstanding - full and flavorful with a warming of the spirit and awakening of the senses! I will be ordering. Thank you for the samples .

    The tea samples I got were pumpkin spice (which has a great aroma, I like mine a bolder flavor which I may need to use more in the next cup), Hibiscus (this has a nice flavor but a little tart, even with a little honey but might be better as a cold tea), and Texas pecan (this has a very smooth bolder taste which I enjoyed the most).

    I ordered Texas Pecan and Island Coconut as was so sad to get my order and see the teas had been pulverized to a fine powder and also one was opened and tea was everywhere! Totally not blaming Kai, only the delivery service! I did try some of the tea (what I could scrape together) and will be looking into ordering some. Amazingly fresh quality and flavor...despite the beating it took to get to me haha. Great work Kai!
