    Texas Iced Tea

I drink a lot of iced tea as a Texan and I am a self-ascribed tea snob. I am very happy that I found Kai teas made right here in Texas! Kai Texas Iced Tea brews a delicious quart of tea every time. I use a stainless steel fine mesh loose leaf tea steeper and follow the instructions recommended by Kai. This tea will definitely be a staple in my house.

So far I’m liking the black ice tea. I’ve gone through many different ice teas searching for one that taste like good ice tea. So far you’re the winner. I drink about 64 oz. everyday. I’m playing around with strength so a few more batches and I’ll know. I tend to like a bit stronger so I’ll up the tea volume. Question I’m using a 1/3 cup for 64 oz. My tea strainer is round 2”x3x”. It’s about 2/3 filled with a strong 1/3 cup plus of tea. When I steep it it swells up to completely filled. Is that okay or should I get a larger one? Thanks everyone!

    I really wanted...

I really wanted to like it! No matter how I brewed it, it was not good to me. It was either too weak or too tanic. There was no in between .

Well, I'm a Texan so I guess I was destined to make this one my "go to". I drink it every day.
